All participants of the sessions are obliged to adhere strictly to the schedule. The Organising Committee, Scientific Committee and Session Coordinator reserve the right to interrupt the presentation and/or discussion shall the time limit be exceeded.
Original research, case reports, review papers.
- The authors of accepted scientific papers may present their work in the form of oral presentations.
- Every participant can submit up to 3 works, but at maximum 2 of them may be presented during the Congress.
- The presentation time is set at 10 minutes, while 3 additional minutes are meant for the discussion of the paper.
- Multimedia presentations may be prepared using any application, however, the use of Microsoft Office PowerPoint or Adobe Reader is recommended. The organizers do not take responsibility for technical difficulties or malfunction of presentations, which may arise due to incompatibility of files.
- The presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint and PDF format and sent to Session Coordinators before 21th of May, 2023.
Posters (Original Research Sessions, and Case Study Sessions).
- The presenting author discusses the work in form of an oral presentation during a dedicated session.
- The presentation time is set at 5 minutes, while 2 additional minutes are meant for the discussion of the paper.
- The authors of the qualified works are required to prepare a poster according to the following rules:
- A1 size of the poster
- Charts/tables/drawings should occupy at least 30% of the poster area.
- The most important elements of the work should be highlighted via accented colours.
- The poster should be prepared in PDF and PowerPoint format and sent to Session Coordinators before 21th of May, 2023.
