- 28th of April, 2023 – the deadline for abstract submission/registration of active participants (the Organizing Committee reserves the right to postpone the final deadline of abstract submission/registration).
- 7th of May, 2023 – the deadline for registration of passive participants.
- 10th of May, 2023 – the deadline for receiving email with confirmation of qualification and payment information.
- 15th of May, 2023 – the deadline for settlement of the participation fee for active and passive participants (banking operations may take up to 2 days, please be sure to make the payment such that it arrives to the Congress’ account before the deadline)
- 21th of May, 2023 – the deadline for sending presentations/posters to the Session Coordinators.
