Passive participant is a person who does not present any work or is the co-author of any work presented by another person and wants to obtain congress’ materials.
Registration fee must be paid in order to:
- receive congress’ materials
- participate in all congress event and move freely between sessions
- receive a certificate of passive participation in the congress
