What is the role of Ministry of Science and Higher Education?
- They improve the quality of Polish science and higher education – they create the best conditions for working for students, academic teachers and researchers
- They focus on cooperation between science and the economic environment – it is the future of the Polish economy that determines it
- They make sure that the achievements of Polish scientists are well visible in the international circulation of thought. They do not want science to be closed within the walls of universities and laboratories – its place is among people. Therefore, through the minister’s programs, they support the popularization of science and use it to integrate various social groups
- They are also responsible for the implementation of EU programs and funds, support sustainable development of universities throughout the country, research institutes and scientific institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
