Active participation

Active participant* is a person who delivers a work (original research, case reports or review papers) and presents if to the public during the Congress.

Registration fee must be paid in order to:

  • be able to present the work
  • receive congress’ materials
  • participate in all congress event and move freely between sessions
  • receive a certificate of passive participation in the congress

The abstract should not exceed the amount of 3000 characters (including spaces) and consist of

*Participants from some countries (e.g. Ukraine) may need an invitation letter from iMEDIC Organising Committee to obtain a visitor visa. Please check on your own your country-specific regulations for entering Poland, as it may take some time to settle official matters.

  • for original research and revive papers – 5 parts (background, aim, materials & methods, results, conclusions)
  • for case reports – 3 parts (introduction, case report and discussion/conclusions)
