KRD – Krajowa Reprezentacja Doktorantów (National Representation of Doctoral Students)
The National PhD Student Representation (KRD) is a nationwide representative of the doctoral community’s will.
They are responsible for:
- representing interests and defending doctoral students’ rights
- developing doctoral self-governance
- cooperation with centres supporting the scientific activity of doctoral students
- supporting doctoral students’ environmental initiatives
- building cultural and social ties
- expressing opinions and presenting motions in matters concerning all doctoral students
- giving opinions on draft normative acts regarding doctoral students
- proposing legal acts to the competent state authorities
